Confirmation – Purchase Order
CCC, the congress organizer will contact you to finalize the purchase order and process the settlement of the fees once informed.
Signing and sending back the Purchase Order to the organizer imply the acceptation without any restriction of these General Conditions, in their integrity.
For a quantity superior to 50 attendees, the deadline to book an event is 2 months before the congress starts. No group registration will be accepted in the month preceding the opening of the congress.
Individuals and Group Advanced registration
Save 5% of the total amount of your order form by registering in advance (until 6 months prior the congress starts)
If the total amount of the purchase order exceeds 50 000 Euros, 50% of the total amount is payable upon placing of the order. The balance will be requested to be paid at least 2 month before the congress starts. If the PO amounts to less than 50 000 euros, the total sum must be paid upon reception of the invoice sent by the organizer. The payment is due 2 months before the starting date of the congress.
Registration cancellations, substitutions and refunds
All requests for refunds in the case of cancellation will be processed until 4 weeks prior the congress starts.
- A maximum of 15% of cancellations (of the total of participants, staff included) will be accepted until 3 months before the congress starts;
- A maximum of 10% of cancellations (of the total of participants, staff included) will be accepted until 2 months before the congress starts;
- A maximum of 5% of cancellation will be processed until 4 weeks before the congress starts.
After this deadline, any requests will not be processed. Cancelled registrations are not transferable.
In cases of emergency, all refund requests received within the 2 months preceding the start of the congress will be processed on a case-by-case basis.
Fees of no-show participants will not be reimbursed.
Congress badge Information
The information typed in the online registration or on the registration paper form will appear on the badge exactly as written. The minimum information that should be received is first name, last name, city and country of each participant. A template of a participant list will be sent to you together with the purchase order.
Travel, meal and accommodation arrangements
Travel, meal and accommodation arrangements are the responsibility of the client, and will not be taken care of by the organizer. The latter may support the client by providing name and contact information of a local agency.
In the event of industrial disruption or other unforeseen circumstances, CCC-IFDA accepts no responsibility for loss of moneys incurred by the purchaser and/or by the recipient of the product/service bought.
CCC-IFDA disclaims all responsibilities for the unavailability of the IFDA website due to unexpected conditions.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with online sales or to these General Conditions shall be brought before the court at Tribunal de Paris, France and will be governed and analyzed according to French law, based on their merits, independently of the rules concerning conflicting legislation.
